This is how to fill your form:

1. Fill in the form given here by the right by submitting your Name, Email and Phone number
2. Click on Submit to generate Remita Invoice
3. Take the remita invoice to any Bank of your choice and make payment OR pay with your card
4. Come back to consultancy.fugusau.edu.ng and click on VERIFY PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FORM
5. Enter your Remita Retrival Reference(RRR) and submit to Veify
6. If your payment is succesfull your RRR( Without DASHES) will automatically be your Username and Password
7. Use your Remita RRR as your username and password to login
8. Fill in the form and print 2 copies, submit one copy to the office of the registrar and keep a copy for reference
